Saltwater seasonal pool, spa – hot tub, gated parking, fire pit, BBQs, Fireplaces in every room, jetted bath tubs, Kitchen, kitchenettes, mini kitchenettes, Satellite TV, large flat screen TVs, easy entry – no front desk – just drive straight to your room, great location near village – gondola – shops – restaurants and bars – casinos – shows – shopping, private beach about 4 blocks away. Washer Dryers on site (excpet Rooms with Game Room (booked Separately) will have WD in room. 2 Story Buiding, no elevators.

There are several kitchen and kitchenette types. All units have a combination microwave and convection oven and sink, 1 or 2 induction cooktops with all necessary pans, utensils, plates glasses, silverware, cups bowls, plates, etc. plus:

   a.) A full, large kitchen with oven, gas stove/cooktop, microwave large 2 door fridge freezer, large sink, dishwasher, ie: The main house).

   b.)Full sized kitchenette, under counter refrigerator, 2 induction cooktops, all utensils. Sink, dishwasher, Combo microwave, large counter with bar seating peninsula.

   c.) Larger kitchenette with combo microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, under counter fridge, induction cooktops, sink. (ie: 2 brdm units center living room, and 1br units)

   d). extra large kitchenette with combo microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, induction cooktops, sink. (ie: 108, 208 2br corner units)

   e.) Small kitchenettes similar to a wet bar, with combo microwave/convection oven, induction cooktop, sink. (all 2 queenbed rooms).

There are 2 studio styles: one with a larger kitchenette and shower, the other with wet bar and jetted bathtub.

Our private beach is about 4 blocks away, easy walk or drive. (There is an easement shortcut if you follow Friday Ave towards lake and straight thru the apartments driveway past 3 Peaks). 

You will have a beach pass in your room in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) to show at the gate for a discounted rate for each person, except children 5 and under are free. 

There is a marina with boat and kayak etc rentals. Beach chairs available. Bathroom, tot play structure (open depending on covid rules), restaurant and bar. There is also a nearby restaurant at Jimmy’s at the Landing, and at Station House (Formerly LewMarNels).

Please fill out the guest questions well before arrival to eliminate delays. You will receive an email just befoe arrival with a link to click to access door and gate codes, and information on rules and amenities. Simply drive into property, enter car gate code, park and enter door code to your room(s).

Please bring your own beach/pool towels. We provide bath and hand towels and linens. Please use black wash towels for makeup removal.

You are welcome to park in our outside parking, and visit the Village, casinos, hit the slopes or beach etc, and text us to see if your room can be cleaned and ready early. (Early check-ins depend on when housekeeping has completed cleans and rooms inspected). We will reply after cleaning and inspection. 

Not currently, but there are about 42 restaurants and bars within walking distance. For great breakfasts try the Village (Driftwood Cafe, etc) or Casinos. Lunch and dinner options are too numerous to list!

Yes, several. The game room has its own washer dryer and is usually rented along with the Main House. Other units have a Washer Dryer at the end of the hall on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Wash is $2, dryer is $1.50 takes quarters or use phone app.

Several options , next door at Zalanta on the corner. or at the village there are several shops next to the gondola. Powder House is good. As is Shoreline Sports on Kingsbury. There are also several delivery services.
